A green chile liqueur made from fresh poblano peppers. Ancho Reyes Verde uses fresh green poblano chiles instead of dried ancho, giving it a brighter, more vegetal heat than its red counterpart along with herbal and citrus notes. It's popular in spicy margaritas and green chile cocktail riffs.
