General
Twin B2B is Twin Liquors’ online ordering platform for business customers. It is designed to help restaurants, bars, hotels, caterers, event venues, offices, and other approved accounts browse products, place orders, review pricing, and manage wholesale purchasing more easily.
Twin B2B is intended for approved business customers with an active Twin Liquors wholesale account. Some products, pricing, delivery options, and account features may vary based on your business type, location, license, and assigned distribution area.
To request access, submit an account request through Twin B2B or contact your Twin Liquors sales representative or . Once your account is approved, you’ll receive login instructions and access to your assigned catalog, pricing, and ordering options.
Locate the “Account” option in the upper right of the page and activate the dropdown options.
Select “User Management” and you should see your email as an administrator entry for your account.
Click on the “Add New User” button, select the type of user you wish to add, provide the necessary information, and save.
There are three types of users you can create:
1) Administrator - can create shopping lists, place orders and manage users.
2) Senior buyer - can create shopping lists and place orders.
3) Junior buyer - can only create shopping lists.
No problem - we have a "super admin" feature for you to use. If you wish to have access to multiple locations as a single administrator with a single email address, please contact us to set that up.
You can use any combination of these options to get products into your cart:

If you prefer to work from a smaller number of pre-selected items, there is a shopping list feature for you to use. Based upon your expected order needs or your existing order history, we've already created shopping lists to get you started.

Create an order "from scratch" by simply shopping our catalog and selecting the products you need.
> REORDER OR BUY AGAIN <
Once you've placed an online order, you can use your order history to reorder, or select "Buy Again" to choose from a list of products you've recently purchased.
Items sold as cases only have a “Cases Only” banner in the catalog. Also, each product indicates unit of measure at the end of its name. For example, SAMPLE CLUB SODA 500ML CASE indicates this is product sold in cases only. Pack details for a case are included on the catalog detail page and/or in your cart.
Similar to the indicators for a case, allocated products also have a banner in the catalog and details in the cart to denote an item with highly limited availability.
YES! You can review and manage item quantities directly in your cart. The cart is a great way to preview your order and ensure your order is complete and accurate prior to checkout. If you are missing anything, you can navigate to the catalog, shopping lists or previous orders. If you wish to remove an item, you can delete it directly in the cart, or you can completely empty your cart and start again.
Yes. Existing Twin Liquors business customers may still need online access enabled before ordering through Twin B2B. Your sales representative can help connect your existing account to the online platform.
Yes. Your business may be able to add multiple users depending on account setup. This is helpful for owners, managers, purchasing teams, and accounting contacts who need access to ordering or account information.
Orders & Account
Recent order activity is available in your order history after you sign in.
Use the order detail view to confirm submitted items and the latest status notes.
Yes. Company pricing, warehouse-specific inventory, and account permissions appear after you sign in.
If your business still needs access, start with the B2B access page.
Sign in to your wholesale account, add products to your cart, and confirm quantities before checkout.
When you're ready, review everything on the cart page and submit the order from there.
Pricing & Payment
Yes. Many wholesale teams use internal PO numbers to match receiving and invoicing workflows.
Include the PO reference during checkout when your account process requires it.
Product pricing is shown separately from applicable tax, deposits, freight, and other order-level charges.
Final charges are calculated at checkout and on the final invoice.
Signed-in customers may see contract pricing, case pricing, or price list adjustments tied to their company or delivery location.
If pricing still looks incorrect, confirm you are using the right account and location before placing the order.
Product FAQ
